West Central Railway (WCR) has invited applications for Apprentice posts. The recruitment notification is released for 2521 Vacancy. Aspirants who have a 10th, ITI certificate degree in relevant discipline from a recognized institute/board can submit their application through the official website wcr.indianrailways.gov.in till December 17.
The West Central Railway, headquartered at Jabalpur is one of the 18 zones of the Indian Railways. It includes Jabalpur and Bhopal divisions of erstwhile Central Railway and Kota division of erstwhile Western Railway. It came into existence on 1 April 2003.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
The applicants must have passed Class 10 or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and ITI in relevant trade.
Age Limit (As on 17.11.2022):
Minimum Age: 15 years
Maximum Age: 24 years
Selection Process:
Selection will be done on the basis of average marks obtained in 10th class exam or its equivalent & ITI/Trade marks
Trade-wise, Division-wise, Unit-wise, Community-wise merit list will be prepared
Shortlisted candidates required to appear for document verification
Application Fees:
To complete the successful online application process, candidates are required to pay the application fee of Rs 100
Women, SC, ST & PwD category candidates are exempted from payment of application fees
Payment Mode: Through Debit/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking/ E-wallets etc
