Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) is a financial analyst certification organization that provides online training and education for finance and investment professionals, including courses for financial modelling, valuation, and other corporate finance topics.

CFI’s Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® was designed based on over 20 years of financial analyst training experience delivered by our instructors at large global banks and institutions such as BlackRock, Credit Suisse, HSBC, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Citi, and more.

CFI was founded in 2016 in partnership with MDA Training, a financial training and development company with over 20 years of experience delivering intensive multi-week training programs at global investment banks and financial institutions.

All CFI courses are delivered online. CFI is the official provider of the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and Certified Banking & Credit Analyst (CBCA) designation. This intensive program is delivered to aspiring finance professionals around the world who want to become world-class financial analysts.

Global presence- With over 700,000 registered students, CFI's recognition spans over 195 countries. Our courses are taken by people at many of the world’s largest and most prominent corporations, institutions, and universities. The curriculum is designed to be applicable at an international level and does not focus on a specific region.

CFI is also a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) sponsor approved by the CPA bodies in Canada and the National Association of the State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) in the US, which allows students to receive CPE credits to advance their careers.
