A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from Calicut University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Management Studies, Cochin University he has totally 28 years of work experience with 9 years in academics and the rest in industry.

A prolific writer Mr. Nimal has published numerous research articles in leading management journals as well lifestyle pieces in such publications as the Hindu and the Times of India. He has also co-authored two novels: the Murder of a God and Null Hypothesis.
