Vaastu Shastra is a traditional Indian system of architecture originating in India. Vaastu Shastra unifies science, art, astronomy and astrology; it can also be said as an ancient mystic science for designing and building. Texts from the Indian subcontinent describe principles of design, layout, measurements, ground preparation, space arrangement, and spatial geometry. The designs aim to integrate architecture with nature, the relative functions of various parts of the structure, and ancient beliefs utilizing geometric patterns (yantra), symmetry, and directional alignments. This course enables the beginners to understand the basic principles of vastu and learn the various aspects to be considered in construction of a building..
